He is a trusted advisor and executive with strong inspirational corporate deal-making skills, who has proven to be an effective transactional manager in M&A and capital markets environment. He has the ability to find solutions for complex challenges.
He has experience in dealing with various industrial sectors and cross border transactions, as well as exposure to various business cycles (growth, crisis, consolidation, M&A). He is a flexible interactor with various stakeholders and team player with capacities to take charge, organize, delegate and support.

Reginald combines significant experience as an international corporate lawyer (Brown Rudnick – Boston USA) and Linklaters (Belgium) with investment banking experience in the U.S. and in Europe focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, as well as holding positions as a corporate executive and trusted advisor for family offices, financial institutions, and large corporates.
He holds a Master of Laws from the Catholic University of Leuven and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University (New York). He is admitted to the New York Bar and is fluent in English, French, Dutch and Portuguese and proficient in German.
